As we quickly approach the bustling peak of downtown Edmonton’s robust food scene, we’re excitedly preparing to participate in our first Downtown Dining Week, alongside the city’s most acclaimed restaurants.

Chef Jeremy Korten has crafted two tantalizing menus — a two-course lunch for $20 and a three-course dinner for $50 — featuring the freshest ingredients ranging from veal shanks to albacore tuna.
