On Friday, August 28, join us on the Braven Terrace for one last summer bash! Pitt County is bringing the smoke, Braven is bringing the Tomahawks, and together we’re serving up an unforgettable night of slow-smoked favourites, cold drinks, “Yee-DM”, and cookout beats.
From 6-9 PM, enjoy Tomahawk steak smoked low and slow over charcoal and birch wood, then rested in seasoned beef tallow for incredible flavour and tenderness. Pair your Tommy with Braven favourites including our house made cornbread with maple sumac butter, grilled veggie kebabs, and extra saucy mac & cheese with a full toppings bar to make it your own.
Wash it all down with a refreshing Hard Iced Tea + Lemonade from Sun Cruiser, or grab a drink from the beverage tent, and settle into the patio while a live DJ keeps the energy going all evening.
