To celebrate the most wonderful time of the year, Chef Jason has created a special holiday prix fixe featuring classic holiday favourites.
Join us December 24, 25, & 26 for dinner, and satisfy your holiday cravings with Braven’s holiday menu. Choose from Roast Turkey with all the fixin’s like honey-glazed parsnips, buttermilk mashed potatoes, apricot brioche stuffing, and turkey gravy, or enjoy an Alberta Prime Rib with maple carrots, crushed celeriac, Yorkshire pudding, and a red wine jus. Finally, round out the experience with the decadent finish of a Tart au Sucre. If you don’t remember how nice it is not to cook this year, you’ll certainly never forget this feast!
So treat yourself this season to a night off filled with elevated eats and holiday memories.
