Join us on Wednesday, October 7 for an evening of exceptional Alberta beef paired with the acclaimed wines of Tenuta Fanti, all the way from Montalcino, Tuscany.
Beginning with a welcome reception and a glass of Delamotte Champagne, guests will be seated for a four-course steak dinner with select courses plated tableside, offering a close-up view of the culinary team at work. Throughout the evening, Fanti’s Head Winemaker will guide guests through a tasting that traces the estate’s range, from lighter, fresher expressions to their celebrated single-vineyard Brunello, while our culinary team shares the inspiration behind every pairing. The night closes with dessert and a selection of Italian amaro.
